Before Ellie left for the war, she and Bate traveled across West Nova and tried to do everything they had planned for the year. They explored the vast world, they flew across the clear skies and danced in open fields of untouched land. They stayed up all night and star gazed like they did when they first met. They enjoyed every moment of it until the very end. The now updated illustration is one of those precious moments. ;v;
