Were you able figure it out? If not I'll explain it below-
Ramset is deaf. He lost his hearing in both ears when he was 1,800. (When he set off a giant bomb to escape Central.) He has a cochlear implant for one of his ears. Unfortunately, if something were to happen to it, Ramset won't be able to hear...hence why he ran off when Mara damaged it. D:,
