Step 9- Mends scolds Bate for using such a move.
Bate originally had an ability called The Iced Lotus. It was going to appear in Torn Chapter, but after taking in and dwelling on certain factors regarding Bate, I decided to scrap it. It’s still one of my favorite abilities I had for him, so I decided to sketch out how Bate uses it. He originally had ice ability like Atka. x)
