There are quite a lot of things happening in this page, but I think the most important one is the fact Shieff has Nonsurat!!!!
If you don't remember Page 16 of OMV, Nonsurat met someone he didn't recognize in Bate and Gordon's home. After several years, it's finally revealed. We saw how dangerous Shieff was against Mara and Gravel, just what's going to happen to little Nonsurat now that he's in the hands of someone this powerful. oAo
Shieff also has quite a unique ability. Being able to summon that unusual portal like thing. It looks odd...but strangely familiar? Hmmm....
