This is going to be a huge transition for Bate. He's been nothing but a ball of anger and angst this entire time, and for him change his personality is going to be, well....hard. It's not going to happen instantly. Something like this is going to take him a long time to get adjusted to. It's kinda like how Elliot didn't want anyone to know he cares for Bate. He eventually announced it, but it took a long time for him to muster up the courage to say it. So, y'know...that's how it's going to be for Bate. >u< (But yus! He will be nicer and, well...happier later on!!)
