“I’ll pass, thank you.”
Bate handed Ramset back the plane ticket to Gamble Galaxy before going back to reading his book. While he appreciated the offer, he really didn’t feel like going on a vacation.
“But Baaaate!!!” Ramset tried to grab the book from his hand while shoving the plane ticket back in his face. “It’ll be so much fun!!! Free buffets, a relaxing spa- I know you've been complaining about your back the past month. Oh! And we even get $200 in casino chips, pleaaaase!!!”
“Ramset, why don’t you just take Alba to go along, okay?” He suggested, still not interested.
“She’s going to babysit our students while all three of us go! C’mon, Bate, I promise I won’t bug you once we land. You have my word.”
“Yeeeah, no.” He was still firm on his answer as he focused on his book again. “Besides, Gamble Galaxy and I don’t go hand in hand. The last thing I need is to get sick from all of that annoying cigarette smoke.”
“W-which is why you’ll love The Gamblin’ Gambit! This casino doesn’t allow smoking!” He cheered, playfully pinching his cheeks. "You don’t think I forgot about Wheezy’s poor, fragile health, ey? And besides, they have an emergency room close by if you decide to keel over on us.”
“I’ve heard good things about this casino, Bate. I’m sure you’ll really enjoy the observatory they have.” Gordon tried to convince his comrade to tag along since he knew he really didn’t want to go. “I wouldn’t agree with Ramset if I knew it was dangerous, Bate. And you already know Meta’s going to want a souvenir from there. I promise I won’t let anything happen while we’re away, so……..”
Of course, Bate had no problem rejecting anything Ramset has to offer, but when it came to Gordon…..
“Hrrph…..Fine…” With a soft grumble, the elder set his book down and looked at the pair eagerly towering above him. “Let’s go to Gamble Galaxy…”
“WHOOO!!!!” Ramset cheered, and clung on to the elder’s wing as he pumped his other arm in the air. “Watch out, Gamble Galaxy, the Kalmari Trio is on their way!!!!”

This was an old doodle I had back in September of 2018. Such a long time, haha! XD I was going through some sketches and I found this one of Ramset! He, Bate and Gordon are taking a small vacation to Gamble Galaxy!!! (Actually, Ramset won tickets) This is also when Grav is hibernating, so he won't be able to join all the 'fun.' XP They're currently staying at one of the priciest and fanciest casino- The Gamblin' Gambit! World famous for their luxury service and hundreds of slot machines to play!
Obviously their fun didn't last long when Ramset was caught blowing up one of the machines. Poor Bate and Gordon got tangled in his mess, and thrown in jail for it. XD
