Timeskip version of Cite~! ^o^ I forgot to make one for his bio, so here it is~! Compared to his childhood version, he hasn't changed much. His fins grew a bit bigger and his doesn't wear his leg braces anymore, but he basically looks the same. XDDD You can read his Timeskip bio here!
